Gary UMC in Wheaton to offer a pet blessing Oct. 8All people and all pets (stuffed animals too) are welcome to a special pet blessing at Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton on Sunday, Oct. 8 at 3 p.m. in the church’s courtyard. This brief worship followed by prayer and a blessing of each critter is both a celebration of God's good creation and a reminder that God calls us to be caring stewards of that creation. If you can’t attend the worship, the Rev. Daniel Cochran will be available to pray and bless
