Troy Rodman has been a resident of Chicago and Wheaton for over 30 years, and is a Real Estate Broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Wheaton. He specializes in the Western Suburbs of Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Lisle, Downers Grove and Winfield. Troy does not limit himself to these areas, as he has sold homes as far west as North Arora and Batavia, and as far north as Palatine, Buffalo Grove and Mundelein.
Troy attributes his success to his no-nonsense approach with buyers and sellers. ''There are challenges to both being a buyer and seller in today's market'', Troy says, ''I don't pressure people, I just set the correct expectations from the beginning, I educate my buyers and sellers, and practice real estate with utmost honesty, integrity, and straight talk.''
In college, Troy took the real estate exam and purchased his first home as investment property. After college, Troy worked in leadership positions within the corporate world. There he learned the customer service skills, business marketing, home design and lifestyle trends and negotiating skills that provide his clients the best possible tools to make informed and confident decisions when it comes to their real estate needs.
A resident of Wheaton for over 24 years, Troy and his wife raised their family in district 200 schools and the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn. Troy Rodman is a board member of the DuPage County Historical Society, actively involved in the Peoples Resource Center of DuPage, and the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans in Wheaton.
