About Us
Husband and wife team selling homes in Wheaton since 1974. Wheaton residents for 49 years. Our sons went to Lincoln, Edison, and graduated from Mariano's (Wheaton Central) They are graduates of Bradley and ASU.
We moved to Wheaton when purchasing our first home. Ken worked for Wiseman Construction as a salesman as all of Briarcliffe was being built. Later joining Coldwell Banker re-selling homes of past clients. Carol was the office administrator of the Coldwell Banker Wheaton Office. After advancing into management they opened Prudential Spengel Realty in the newly constructed Danada Square East Shopping Center.. Prudential Spengel Realty operated in Danada East for 23 years completing over 6000 transactions. In 2010 they gave up ownership to what has now become Berkshire Hathaway Home Services' Wheaton office. Ken continued managing for 4 additional years then returned to full time sales with Carol. We have lived in Briarcliffe, Farnham, Stonehedge and now Wheaton Estates in our forever ranch style home.
