What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with genuine, positive energy
• Help drive membership growth by recommending the best wash option for guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, efficient site
• Take ownership of helping the team achieve daily membership and guest experience goals
• Foster a professional, upbeat environment for Guests and fellow Team Members

What We’re Looking For

• Have previous retail, hospitality, or sales experience
• Love talking with people and building quick rapport with customers
• Are goal-oriented and motivated by performance
• Bring reliable, professional energy every day
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Take pride in delivering great customer experiences
• Are comfortable being active and working outdoors
• Are a team player who jumps in wherever needed
• Can work a part-time schedule (10-24 hours)
• Have strong reliability and show up on-time, ready to work every shift

Physical Requirements

• Moving around during your shift
• Occasionally lifting tools/equipment
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions
