WHEATON COLLEGE ARTIST SERIES SAMPLER EVENT HOSTED AT TOMS-PRICE HOME FURNISHINGS
An evening of first class music, food, and interior design
 
WHEATON, Ill. – October 4, 2012 – The Wheaton College Artist Series will host a special event on Saturday, October 13 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Toms-Price Home Furnishings in Wheaton. The event, designed to generate awareness about the Artist Series, will offer live music, food, and will showcase the opening of the New Century Furniture Gallery.
Musicians and members of the Artist Series community will be on hand to discuss the music and the upcoming Artist Series calendar, and subscriptions will be available for purchase at a discounted rate. In addition, interior designers from Toms-Price will be in attendance, sharing insights and ideas about the furniture collections.
The Wheaton College Artist Series serves the campus and surrounding communities by presenting some of the world’s most gifted artists. The Artist Series has hosted performances from guests such as Grammy award-winning soprano Sylvia McNair, Kathleen Battle, Yo Yo Ma, James Galway, Seiji Ozawa, Marvin Hamlisch, the Russian National Ballet, and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. The Artist Series is accessible to the public and strives to provide the best performances for affordable prices.
