Dear Friends,
As the Turkish American Society of Wheaton we would like to kindly invite all to the cooking class of April 2017. This will be the last cooking class before we take a break for the summer and start our new session in August. The cooking class will take place on April 8th, Saturday, 2pm-4pm.
We will try something new for this class. As I know most of you love when our chefs work with dough, so we will learn how to make the most known turkish food made from dough, Manti. Manti is one of the most famous turkish cuisines and has been loved by many at our bake sales. It is very similar to dumplings and is served with yogurt and a very delicious sauce. In this cooking class, we will organize it like a workshop. There will have one or two stations where our volunteers will prepare the dough, and you, as our guests, will take over the job from there.
I believe this will be a good ending to this year's cooking class sessions. Hoping to see you all on Saturday. As always, please RSVP as soon as possible.
