Description
Gary Church’s Festival Choir and Orchestra will present Karl Jenkins’ The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace on Sunday, May 21 at 9:00 a.m. and again at 11:00 a.m. This monumental and world-renowned work portrays the tragedies of war, and our redemption through God’s offer of peace. Thrilling orchestration, inspirational voices, exciting percussion, and a dancer in the final movement—all combine to make this an experience to remember, and a powerful call to peace.
