About Woofin & Hoofin
Woofin & Hoofin is a not-for-profit organization founded and run by students at Glenbard West High School with a mission to provide a sustainable way for young people to help make their community a better place to live. Woofin & Hoofin has chosen to focus on raising funds to help organizations dedicated to preventing animal cruelty and putting an end to animal abuse in their community.
For the past two years, Woofin & Hoofin has selected Friends of DCACC to be the beneficiary of the proceeds raised by Woofin & Hoofin. This remarkable group of students has to-date raised $7,000 to directly benefit DCACC's homeless pets. This will mark the 3rd year for the Woofin & Hoofin 5K Run & Doggie Dash.
