Join us on the beautiful grounds of the Theosophical Society as we joyfully practice our asanas! A children's yoga class typically features stories, games, animal sounds and laughter. As butterflies dance around us and the birds call to each other from the trees, we can experience a deeper awareness of ourselves and the natural world around us.
 
Diane Power, a certified Waldorf teacher and educator for 13 years, is in the final stretch of her yoga certification process with only paperwork to go! She studied with Mira Binzen of Global Family Yoga and has taught yoga to children for 2 years. She enjoys helping children find a place of peace within themselves and is inspired by the joy and light she witnesses in her students.
