Begin, Fine Tune, or Deepen Your Yoga Practice!
Specifically designed for beginners, this workshop will give a brief background of yoga, take you through the foundational postures (one at a time), provide alignment cues, and emphasize what is most important.
After instructors demonstrate a pose, you will have the opportunity to try it yourself while receiving immediate feedback and adjustments to help you. Your questions will be encouraged to help others in the class gain a deeper understanding as well.
