Description
Speaker, activist and author Jimmy Spencer Jr. will deliver a lecture with the same title as his book, Love without Agenda: Moving our Spiritual Goalposts from Heaven & Hell to Wholeness (Love without Agenda, 2011).
Spencer is the founder and CEO of Love Without Agenda--a charity that helps people engage their community by serving alongside socially responsible corporations, charities and grass-root organizations.
In Monday night's lecture, Spencer will talk about the tension of loving others unconditionally, and discuss what our world would look like if people actually patterned their lives after Jesus and loved others without any agenda.
This event is sponsored by Wheaton College's Center for Applied Christian Ethics (CACE).
