Description
The vibration of creation, OM, is within and all
around us. This sacred vibration is what
supplies us with the interconnectedness of life
and the Universe. We will bring awareness to
the qualities of OM, how to visualize it, how to
chant OM and the health bene ts of chanting.
The workshop will be interactive allowing you
to harmonize yourself with the tone of the
creation. Beginner focused, we will build our
foundation, allowing for the integration of a
self practice.
