Description
The healing and mystical spirit of the gongs will transport you to a deeply peaceful and healing place. Join Marian Kraus for gong sound mediation. He will give a brief description and history of the gong and the intention that drives his sound immersions.
This hour long meditation is geared toward giving the participants a chance to meditate with the gong providing an energetic and sonic back drop. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel, a blanket and pillow and wear comfortable clothes.
