DESCRIPTION:The healing and mystical spirit of the gongs will transport you to a deeply peaceful and healing place. Join Marian Kraus for gong sound mediation. He will give a brief description and history of the gong and the intention that drives his sound immersions.\n\n\n\nThis hour long meditation is geared toward giving the participants a chance to meditate with the gong providing an energetic and sonic back drop. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel\, a blanket and pillow and wear comfortable clothes.\n\n\n\nFacilitator: Marian Kraus\n\nThursday\, June 20\, 2013\n\n7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.\n\nFee:  $20\n\n\n\nStarting with June 20\, we will have Gong Sound Meditation every\n\nthird Thursday: June 20\, July 18\, August 15\, September 19\,\n\nOctober 17\, and November 21\, 2013.
