The healing and mystical power of the gongs will transport you to a deeply peaceful and healing place. This hour-long meditation is geared toward giving the participants a chance to meditate with the gong, providing an energetic and sonic backdrop. Join Marian Kraus for gong song meditation. He will give a brief description and history of the gong and the intention that drives his sound immersions. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel, a blanket and pillow, and wear comfortable shoes.
