Jeans and a Cute Top Shop owner, Jill Card, is taking her support of women up a notch by hosting a Bra Drive for non-profit organization, Free the Girls, October 10^th from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Helping to create a fresh start and new life for women who have been freed from the bonds of human trafficking, Free the Girls partners with safe houses and after-care facilities to provide an opportunity for women to earn a living selling second-hand clothing while going to school, getting healthy, and caring for their families. 

This program allows participants to work as much or as little as her school schedule permits. The women in this program receive their starting inventory as a donation and are then able to buy additional inventory from Free The Girls for below wholesale value to help maintain their competitive edge in the marketplace. Revenue from inventory sales helps subsidize overseas program costs.

The Jeans and a Cute Top Shop Bra Drive will also provide refreshments, swag bags, raffles, $1 dollar treasures, and every attendee will receive a $10.00 off coupon (good towards one full priced item) for every bra they donate. Limit 5 coupons. Gently used bra donations are limitless and will be accepted throughout the month of October at any of the 3 Jeans and a Cute Top Shop locations.

Jeans and a Cute Top Shop will host a Free the Girls "Bras and Bucks Party" at each location in October.

Shayne Moore, co-author of Refuse To Do Nothing: Finding Your Power to Abolish Modern Day Slavery, will be discussing and signing copies of her book at each event.
