Description
As Theosophist Robert Ellwood wrote, ?Spirituality is never a status you attain or a possession you acquire. It is, at rock bottom, a capacity for awareness.? Why is mindfulness meditation highly regarded by different traditions? What happens when we live in a state of awareness? Explore different facets of mindfulness, the unique insights that Theosophy presents, and the relationship between awareness, self-knowledge, and living in the presence of our divine nature. Various awareness meditation practices will be shared, with their applications to daily living.
