Please join your neighbors at “Living The Dream,” the 30th Annual DuPage County Celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., at 6:30 pm, Monday, January 20 at Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton. This event welcomes people of all races, faith traditions, ethnic backgrounds, and economic classes to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. King on this national holiday.
The keynote speaker will be Rev. Dr. James Miller, Senior Pastor of DuPage AME Church in Lisle and one of the co-founders of the DuPage County Martin Luther King celebration. The event will include singing from Wheaton’s Second Baptist Church Music Ministry and other performers. Gary United Methodist Church is located just north of downtown Wheaton at 224 N Main St. Parking is available in the church lot and on surrounding streets.
