Winter can be downright dangerous for seniors. From slipping and falling on ice to the stress and strain of shoveling snow in the cold, winter puts you at risk! Stay safe this season. Join us as presenters from Athletico Physical Therapy discuss the vestibular and concussive effects, physical therapy and rehab after a fall, as well as share tips for preventing falls and staying healthy in winter.
