Description
The Wheaton College Artist Series presents Red Priest, a baroque ensemble featuring recorder soloist Maurice Steger. Red Priest is a baroque ensemble comprised of recorder player Piers Adams, violinist Julia Bishop, cellist Angela East and harpsichordist David Wright. This acoustic foursome has redefined the art of period performance, creating a virtual orchestra through their creative arrangements. The program features guest soloist Maurice Steger of Switzerland, known as one of the leading interpreters of Baroque music. "Grace Notes," a free pre-concert conversation hosted by Paul and Kayleen Sanchez takes place at 6:30 pm in Edman Memorial Chapel.
