Description
The Community School of the Arts (CSA) at Wheaton College offers a visual arts workshop teaching caricatures. Saturday's workshop allows participants to learn to draw the human form, stretching and distorting a subject's facial features for humorous lampooning. Students learn the fundamentals of the powerful art of caricature. Guest artist Jim Martin, a local creative director who designs and manages the creation of happy meal toys for McDonalds, will lead the workshop. The afternoon class is designed for sixth graders to adults.
