Description
A job search lasting longer than 12 months can bring anyone down. At times, the energy and effort needed to conduct your search just isn?t there. Your job search plan may have been burned to ashes by repeated rejection, but as a Phoenix reemerges from the ashes of its former self, so too can you. This is an intensive and introspective group that requires the commitment of 4-monthly meeting sessions. It also requires the participant to sign a contract, be open to 360-degree feedback, hold to weekly accountability and carry out the hard work of getting back in the search 100%. This group is limited to 12 members of the Center who have been in transition for more than 12 months.
