Understanding your customers' needs is among the hardest tasks for the small business owner. Come share and learn from business entrepreneurs in your community. Facilitated by Tom Drouin, a Certified Small Business Mentor from SCORE, participants will have the opportunity to discuss and learn during an open discussion about how to determine your customers' needs - and how to get them to say "yes" to your product or service offering.
