Description
The Festival Choir of Gary Church collaborates with a top-notch ensemble of jazz gospel musicians—including pianist Paul Langford, and soloists Pamela Rose Bucheit and Cedric Jefferson—to present Robert Ray's Gospel Mass on Sunday, May 20 at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. in the Gary Church Sanctuary. We invite the community to experience this Spirit-filled piece that paraphrases the Catholic Mass in common English, setting it to the rhythm and harmony of African-American music. Your heart will be lifted and your soul will be blessed.
