Blanchard Road in Wheaton. Hours of the Carnival are as follows: September 30\, 4-10:30pm\; October 1\, noon-10:30pm\; October 2\, 1-8pm. A special wristband offer will be available on Saturday\, October 1 from noon-4pm. Wristbands purchased on October 1 will cost $15. Wristbands may also be pre-purchased September 1 through September 28 at the Community Center for $12. A portion of all carnival proceeds will benefit the Wheaton Park District Leisureship Program\, a scholarship program that provides recreation programming for those experiencing financial hardship. \n\n \n\n The event will include carnival rides\, concessions\, games and a chance to win prizes. Also\, on Saturday\, October 1\, from 1-2:30pm\, the Radio Disney Road Crew will stop by the carnival.
