DESCRIPTION:At the request of our Members\, The Wheaton Chamber of Commerce is facilitating a roundtable discussion among members to explore the pros and cons of The Video Gaming Act.\n\n\n\nA municipality may be excluded from video gaming if they have either \n\n\n	availed themselves of the opt-out provisions of the Video Gaming Act\; or\n	have a current ordinance prohibiting gambling in the municipality and that ordinance does not make an exception for video gaming.\n\nThe City of Wheaton has currently chosen to opt out. However\, there is a trend of municipalities re-considering their original choice and deciding instead to opt-in to the provisions of the Video Gaming Act.\n\n\n\nPlease join members of the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce for a facilitated round table discussion of Video Gaming in Illinois.\n\nWHEN: Tuesday\, September 30 at 10:00 am - 11:00 am\n\nWHERE: Board Room at the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce\n\n108 E. Wesley Street\, Downtown Wheaton.\n\n\n\nThis meeting may be of special interest to businesses who possess a liquor license. All members are welcome.
