This lecture is the fifth in the 2011-2012 Philosophy Lecture Series on campus.\n\n\n\nDr. Meilaender is a professor of theology at Valparaiso University who teaches courses in bioethics\, Christian theology\, and religious ethics. He is the author of numerous books and articles. His most recent publication is titled Neither Beast Nor God: The Dignity of the Human Person.
