Dr. Franklin joined the department of philosophy at Grove City College (PA) in 2014. His primary philosophical interests include ethics\, metaphysics\, philosophy of action\, and philosophy of religion. In his lecture\, Dr. Franklin will defend the value of blame\, discussing the punitive practice of blame vs. the ethic of extending forgiveness and mercy.
