DESCRIPTION:Winning at the Workplace:  \n\n\n\n	Guest Speaker\, Colonel (Ret) Jill Morganthaler will share with us an excerpt of her presentation Winning in the Workplace:  21 Ways to Lead and Succeed in Business.  Her presentation will outline seven steps that will help you be recognized as a leader in your field.  \n\n	                                                                                           \n\n	Colonel Jill Morgenthaler is famous for her showdown with Saddam Hussein.  Now retired\, Jill is a leader in every sense of the word.  Her years of military training and her management experience have provided her with the background and skills to act as an advisor to  senators and congressional leaders on homeland security matters\; serve as the State of Illinois' Deputy Chief of Staff for Public Safety and Homeland Security Advisor\;  as well as serving in various "hot spots" all over the world commanding men from 34 nations during her tenure in the military.  She was selected as one of the first women in the ROTC\, first woman military intelligence Company commander in South Korea\; first woman Battalion commander in the 88th Division\, first woman Brigade commander in the 84th Division. These leadership skills have set her apart from her peers and we are thrilled to have her share her secrets for success with us!!
