DESCRIPTION:First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton and the Islamic Foundation of Villa Park invite the community to a night of dinner\, fun\, and fellowship on Saturday\, March 4 at 6:00 pm\, celebrating three years of working together in faith. The event will be held at First Presbyterian Church\, 715 N. Carlton Ave.\, Wheaton\, IL.\n\n\n\nThe keynote speaker for the event is Hannah Kardon\, Pastor of the Wicker Park campus of Urban Village Church. In her role with the Interfaith Youth Core Kardon has worked with local schools\, community organizations\, colleges\, and universities to create interfaith service and social justice groups and curricula for skills and interfaith organizing. Pastor Kardon will be discussing Muslim-Christian collaborations that have transformed communities for the better\, and one day may change the world.  She has degrees from the University of Chicago and Harvard University.\n\n\n\nDinner will be provided by Jerusalem Caf \, Lombard IL. For reservations call the church office at 630-668-5147\, or register online at  https://firstpreswheaton.webconnex.com/interfaith. Donations are being accepted to defray the cost of the event. The suggested donation is $10.00 per person.
