Please have your License Number with you so you can receive your Continuing Education Certificate at the presentation.\n\n\n\nDaniel Kuhn\, LCSW\, is Vice President of Education at All Trust Home Care\, with offices in Hinsdale and Deerfield. Since 1987\, he has focused exclusively on dementia care issues and has been an educator in the field of health and aging in various settings in the Chicago area. He has authored more than 50 publications\, along with his book Alzheimer's Early Stages First Steps for Family\, Friends and Caregivers.
