DESCRIPTION:The Wheaton College Conservatory of Music presents violist Rose Armbrust Griffin in concert. Mrs. Griffin serves as the viola instructor at Wheaton College where she also heads the chamber music program and teaches a music history course. She was awarded first prize in the Chicago Viola Society and Rembrandt Chamber Players Competitions and was a prizewinner at The Fishsoff Chamber Music Competition. Griffin is currently the assistant principal of the Lake Forest Symphony and a member of the International Chamber Artists which she performs with regularly on Chicago's fine arts and classical station WFMT.
