SUMMARY:Expressive Ink Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The Community School of the Arts (CSA) at Wheaton College offers a visual arts workshop teaching Expressive Ink. Colored ink drawings are an ancient and beautiful art form. Participants will be encouraged to explore the subtleties of expression using colorful inks with simple brush strokes.\n\n\n\nCSA Visual Arts faculty member Lauren Davies will lead the workshop. She began teaching calligraphy at the Community School of the Arts in 2003 and joined the staff in 2008. Davies also has a strong background in design\, with experience teaching both Fashion and Advertising Design at the College of DuPage.

LOCATION:The afternoon class\, designed for sixth graders to adults\, takes place in Suite 109 at the CSA Visual Art Studio\, located at 1825 College Avenue in Wheaton.
