Susan serves as chair for College of DuPage Alumni Foundation\,  on the Board of Directors for the Restorative Justice Institute of Illinois\, a pro bono strategy consultant for Taproot Foundation\, and as subject matter expert for National Louis University' s MBA concentration in nonprofit leadership.
