Register if you plan to attend on Zoom. In-person attendees do not need to register.\n\n\n\nDr. Farkas will be speaking on the current situation with Russia and Ukraine. Dr. Farkas has been teaching at DePaul for over forty years and has lectured in Russia\, Poland\, Hungary\, Croatia and most recently in South Africa. His research has been concentrated on Russian political and economical development. He has frequently appeared on US and international media.
