In this session\, we'll discuss a six-step method for effectively communicating bad news that truly supports patients and families.\n\nBreakfast will be served.\n\nAt the completion of this program\, social workers and RNs will receive 1 CEU.\n\n\n\nNursing credits will be provided by the Northwestern Medicine Provider Unit\, an accredited provider with distinction of the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
