An excellent and enthusiastic teacher\, he has been teaching Shotokan Karate to adults and children since 2005. He is also a middle school Physical Education and Health Education teacher.\n\nAwareness 101 - personal Safety Workshop IS NOT a martial arts class.  No previous training of any type is necessary.\n\nPre-registration is required.
