DESCRIPTION:Learn and be observant of your surroundings!\n\nLearn skills that can help diffuse a potentially dangerous situation and get to safety!\n\nLearn techniques and awareness that can keep you safe and can potentially save your life!\n\nAwareness 101 - Personal Safety Workshop is a two-hour class that can benefit many individuals - adults\, college bound students\, travelers\, city dwellers\, and suburbanites.\n\nTaught by Brandon Cochrane\, a second degree black belt in Shotokan Karate. Excellent and enthusiastic teacher\, Brandon has been teaching Shotokan Karate to adults and children since 2005.  He is also a middle school Physical Education and Health Education teacher.\n\nAwareness 101 IS NOT a martial arts class.  No previous training of any kind is necessary.\n\nPre-registration is required.
