No matter what our circumstances--working from home\, essential worker\, parents of kids or separated from elderly loved ones--we all are experiencing stressful times.\n\n \n\nThis month's Virtual Luncheon is all about "Staying Sane in a Pandemic World." Our panel of mental healthcare experts will discuss ways to help us as business leaders\, bosses and employees navigate these days of uncertainty. The panel includes: \n\n \n\n	Kimberly Bremner\, LCSW\, Employee Assistance Coordinator\, Northwestern Medicine at Central DuPage Hospital. Kim has worked many years in the field of mental health\, including the past 10 years working in the area of employee assistance. She helps members with stressors which impact their workplace productivity and well-being. Kim's clients include companies with employees in the fields of manufacturing\, large unions\, municipalities\,school districts and healthcare.\n\n \n\n\n	Allison G. Johnsen\, MA\, LCPC\, BCC\, Program and Business Development Manager for Behavioral Health at Northwestern Medicine's Central Dupage and Delnor Hospitals. Allison is a Board-Certified Coach and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than 25 years of experience in clinical behavioral health treatment\, human resources and leadership development. In addition to her role at Northwestern Medicine\, Allison is a professional coach and counselor in Naperville.\n\n \n\n\n	Geri Kerger has served as Executive Director of the NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) DuPage since April 2019. In her position\, she oversees mental health education\, support\, employment and recreation programs which routinely serve 30\,000 or more DuPage residents annually. A counselor and attorney\, Geri spent more than two decades working in nonprofits with experience in administration and management as well as direct service. She enjoys meeting with community leaders to discuss mental health issues.  \n\n \n\n \n\nJoin us for a discussion with these mental healthcare professionals on how to manage our stress and stay healthy during a very difficult time.
